CCN 2022 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What COVID-19 safety precautions will be in place at CCN 2022?

Attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated, and indoor masking will be required unless eating, drinking, or presenting. All local health regulations will be enforced. CCN holds no responsibility in the event of health-related occurrences associated with conference events.

Q: Will there be a virtual or hybrid component to CCN 2022?

We are planning for CCN to be an entirely in-person conference, and we are hoping to take full advantage of opportunities provided by the in-person format. As we have done in the past, we will record the single-track events and make them freely available after the meeting has completed.

Q: What if I submit an abstract that is accepted, but cannot present the abstract in person due to travel, health, etc. reasons?

At this point, we are planning for CCN to be an entirely in-person conference, and submitters should plan to attend. However, if that becomes impossible due to an emergency or unforeseen event, the archival version of the abstract will still be available in the conference proceedings.

Q: What dimensions does my poster need to be? How long should my talk be?

Please look at the Presentation Guidelines page for full details.

Q: The written comments on paper submissions don't seem to match the Meadows numerical ratings. What's going on?

The numerical ratings were collected on a different system, and thus are not necessarily listed in the same order as the written comments.
